This bakery is a new venture from one of the National Trust's tenants on one of the upland farms of Ysbyty Ifan, near Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. Eleri is already involved with Cwlwm wedding services in the village, and makes the wedding cakes. Only the best ingredients are used in the traditional recipes and seasonal products that are on sale.
